Montsec Oeste Rock Climbing Guidebook
This guidebook describes the multi-pitch routes in the Montsec Mountains in the Lleida region of Spain around Ager, Canelles and El Doll. With some routes more than 300m long, these multi-pitch routes are protected by a mixture of bolts and Trad gear, and generally are in easy to medium (F5 to F6c) grade range.
All the routes are shown on classic colour topos, along with some more general photo topos of the area. There is information about what Trad gear is required (or if there any bolts) for each route along with a brief description. Many routes have an obligatory grade that is usually 1 or 2 grades lower than the actual grade as it assumes using some form of aid on the harder pitch.
The guidebook is split into 24 different areas, and for each area there is an easy-to-follow location map. The 24 different areas are as follows:
