At Climb Europe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical apparel and footwear. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt to track the return status until it reaches our warehouse.
